    The condo is approximately a 30-minute drive from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). You can take a taxi, ride-sharing service, or public transit to get there.

    2 Is there air conditioning or heating in the condo?

    Yes, the condo is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort year-round.

    3 Do you provide Wi-Fi?

    Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is provided free of charge for all guests. The Wi-Fi network name and password will be shared with you upon booking or in your welcome guide.

    4 Is there parking available?

    Our building does not offer on-site parking. However, there are several public parking garages nearby, and street parking is available in the area.

    Additionally, if you choose to travel without a car, we can offer you a car rental for a discounted price. Let us know!

    5 What is included in the rental?

    Our one-bedroom condo comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, kitchen essentials and amenities (microwave, fridge, stove, toaster,..), coffee machine and Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fresh linens and towels. Basic toiletries like soap and shampoo are also provided. Our guests are welcome to use our laundry room which is free of charge as needed.

    6 Is the condo accessible for people with disabilities?

    The condo is located in a high-rise building with an elevator, but it may not be fully ADA-compliant. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us directly to discuss further.

    7 Can I host an event or party at the condo?

    We have a strict no-party policy. The condo is best suited for quiet stays, and we ask that guests respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum.

    8 Is the condo pet-friendly?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this property to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

    9 Is smoking allowed in the condo?

    Our condo is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or in any of the common areas of the building.

    10 Do I need to bring anything with me?

    The condo is fully equipped with all essentials, but you may want to bring personal items like toiletries, food and beverages, and any specific items you need for your stay.

    11 Are towels and linens provided?

    Yes, fresh towels, sheets, and other linens are provided. Additional towels or bedding can be requested during your stay free of charge.

    12 What should I do if something breaks or there’s an issue during my stay?

    If something is broken or needs attention, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for repairs or replacements as soon as possible.

    13 Is the condo safe and secure?

    Yes, the building has 24-hour security, and the condo is equipped with a secure entry system. We also provide a safe for valuables in the condo

    14 What do I do if I lose my key or forget the code?

    If you lose your key or forget the entry code, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with re-entry to the condo.

    The condo is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, within walking distance of popular attractions like Granville Street and Robson Street and just a few minutes away via public transit to Stanley Park, Granville Island, and Gastown.

    5 Are there grocery stores or restaurants nearby?

    Yes, there are several grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants within a short walk from the condo. We provide a list of recommended places in our welcome guide.

    Check in/out process

    1 What is the check-in and check-out process?

    Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onward, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Self-check-in is available with an intercom and electronic lock. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival.

    1 Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

    Yes! We offer discounts for extended stays of 13 nights or more. Please contact us for more details on rates for extended stays.

    Our nightly rate includes cleaning fees and local taxes. These are clearly outlined at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees. Additional fees may apply for extra person and/or vehicle rental.

    1 What is the cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 7 days before your arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will result in a cancellation fee. For more information, please, reach out to us.
